Aromas Premium Teas – Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days after processing.

Perishable & Food Products Our teas are perishable goods. We take great care in packaging to ensure freshness upon arrival. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Order Issues If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@aromasaromas.com. We will work with you to make it right.

Experience Bookings (TEA x AMUSE BOUCHE) The Tea & Amuse Bouche Pairing Experience is a bookable in-person event at Aromas Tea Bar in Atlanta, GA. No shipping applies. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking.
