Why we call it Ike's Rvnge
Today, Ike has descendants scattered all over the country. We have our beloved cousin Nicka to thank for leading us back to The Cherokee Nation where it all began as we are growing in numbers to reclaim our citizenship.
Even though Ik's life was shortened by an angry revenge, our family lives and thrives beautifully in education, business, and community sects. In 1885 he testified in front of the Committee of Indian Affairs at the United States Senate about the unfair treatment and inequalities being experienced by Cherokee Freedmen and their families. Not only was he advocating for his fellow man, he was fighting for his children. I sense our accomplishments are fulfilling his dreams and will continue to realize them through future generations.
This tea blend represents how sweet Ike's family legacy became from such an ugly and untimely death.
